Book a VisitFor single-room renovations, you usually don't need to move out. For full house renovations, we can work in phases to minimise disruption — we'll advise the best approach for your project.
Minor changes are usually accommodated with no issue. Major changes may affect the timeline and cost, which we'll discuss and agree on with you before proceeding.
Typical schedule: 30% deposit upon contract signing, 40% when materials arrive and installation begins, and 30% upon completion and your full satisfaction.
We provide regular photo and video updates via WhatsApp throughout every stage. You can also reach your project manager directly at any time.
